How to prepare for the solution for the acrylic polishing machine?

When the clients receive the acrylic polishing machines (HHO OxyHydrogen Generator), usually they don’t know how to make the solution. To ensure every client can operate the acrylic polishing machine quickly, here we clarify the operations.

The solution ratio for the machines as below:

Note：The Net weight of the Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) is 500g/Bottle.

1.Prepare a plastic basin and some water ( The best is distilled water, then boiled water,purified water or running water, DO NOT use mineral water).

2.According to the machine model, add certain amount of sodium hydroxide(NaOH) to the water and stir to make it fully melting.

3.Be aware that the temperature of the solution will increase in the process of melting. Please wait about 3 minutes to have it cool down.

4.Pour the prepared solution slowly into the acrylic polishing machine container.

5.Make sure the solution level is between the 2nd and 5th line.（from top to down).

Caution：

1.The solution is corrosive. If it splashes on the skin, please wash with cold water immediately.

2.Please use plastic/ceramic/glass container to make the solution. Do not use metal container, such as aluminum, which will interact with the solution.
